Para montar el pastel colocar primero el relleno, distribuir por encima los 2 huevos duros cortados en mitades, luego una fina capa de queso rallado, luego el puré y por último otra capa de queso rallado y un chorrito de oliva y pimienta por encima. Va al horno hasta que el quesito esté bien gratinado. Dejar enfriar 20 min antes de cortar.
