- Salar la merluza y pasarla primero por harina y luego por el huevo al que que previamente le habremos echado pimienta, perejil y ajo en polvo. Yo dejo la merluza un rato en el huevo para que coja sabor.
- Meter la merluza en el horno previamente precalentado con papel vegetal a 200° 10 minutos por arriba y abajo y otros 5 minutos solo por arriba hasta que esté doradita. En este caso, he usado todo el huevo poniéndolo por encima de la merluza en el horno.
- La yuca yo la he hecho en el airfryer a 180° 20 minutos pero si la queréis hacer al horno, meterla junto a la merluza el mismo tiempo o quizá más, hasta que esté dorada a vuestro gusto.
- No es una merluza fritita pero no tiene nada que envidiarle! Ya me contaréis!
