Si tenemos ya la harina (yo la compr茅 en Carrefour), la mezclamos con la levadura,la sal,el ajo en polvo, el aceite y el agua y batimos con unas varillas hasta obtener una mezcla homog茅nea (como la de las tortitas dulces de toda la vida 馃構).
- Calentamos una sart茅n peque帽a a fuego medio y engrasamos con un poco de aceite cada vez que vayamos a a帽adir la mezcla. Vamos a帽adiendo mezcla poco a poco a la vez que vamos moviendo la sart茅n, es aconsejable a帽adir poca mezcla para que salgan lo m谩s finas posible ya que si a帽adimos mucha nos saldr谩n tortitas muy gordas.
- En casa hemos tomado un par de tortitas por persona para las que he necesitado 8 tortitas (salieron 10 pero desaparecieron 馃悂馃悂). Una vez hechas las rellenamos con nuestros toppings favoritos, yo he utilizado jam贸n braseado, espinacas frescas, queso tierno y aguacate. A continuaci贸n, colocamos otra tortita encima (a modo de s谩ndwich), espolvoreamos un poco de queso rallado por encima y metemos al horno a 190° durante 10 minutos o en el grill del microondas durante 15 minutos.
- Sacamos del horno,cortamos en 2 o 4 porciones y cortamos y espolvoreamos un poco de perejil y cebollino fresco por encima y listo!!!!
